Collection: Dawn Reade

Dawn Reade attended a relief printmaking course at Edinburgh College of Art in 1999 and has been developing her distinctive style ever since, from her studio on the Isle of Mull.  She is drawn to the simplicity of linocut and uses its bold graphic style to crystalise the essence of her subject matter.  This image of ‘Inverness’ was created especially for the Castle Gallery in Inverness.
